Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC, GTM Strategies & Email Marketing)

Experience required: 3 - 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
    1.PPC Advertising:
    • Develop and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms and social media channels.
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and analysis.
    2.Email Marketing:
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new users, and drive customer retention.
    • Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria.
    • Create compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates.
    3.Go-to-Market Strategy Implementation:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
    • Execute Go-to-Market plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
    • Utilize market research and customer feedback to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    4.Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
    • Generate insightful reports to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Provide recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement based on data analysis.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 to 6 years) in PPC campaign management, with a strong track record of driving results and optimizing performance.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms, including keyword research, bid management, and ad targeting.
  • Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies for SAAS products, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Accounts & Finance Executive

Experience required: 2 - 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports within deadlines.
  • Daily / Routine Accounting Activities - Purchase, Sales, Expense, Petty Cash etc.
  • Bank Entry & Bank Reconciliation Statements
  • Ensure Month end activities: Provisions , Prepaid expenses calculations, Voucher submissions, etc.
  • Accounts Payable Activities (Vendor invoicing, Vendor Payments , vendor accounts reconciliation)
  • Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax & ROC Compliances including but not limited to filing of various returns on a timely basis.
  • Handling Investment Accounting & Individual Income Tax filing.
  • Advising on estimates for budget.
  • Analyzing actual expenses against available budgets, including flagging off possible over - runs in advance.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders for matters related to finance.
  • Creating and Maintaining a good document storage system
  • Hands on experience on Tally & Zoho
  • Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
  • Handling audit queries and resolving them.
  • Examining financial records to check for accuracy.
  • Having Knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles (GAAP, IFRS) and Financial Reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books (or similar accounting software).
  • Experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC Compliances.
  • Hands-on experience with Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Payments, and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
