How to Use Conversios Plugin for WooCommerce (A Step-by- Step Guide)

Now, let’s go ahead and jump into our tutorial on how to setup Conversios Plugin.

 

Step 1:

 

Before you start, you will need a Word press and Google analytics account with the admin level rights to successfully setup the plugin without any hassle.

 

Once you login to your word press account, you will be able to various options available to add/ organize / delete plugins.

 

Next, from the left pane select Plugins tab and choose Add New and search for Conversios/ enhanced/ Google analytics tracking / dynamic remarketing/ Google shopping.

 

 

Next, click install and activate the plugin.

 

 

Once the Conversios plugin is activated, you would be able to see Tatvic EE Plugin added to your left pane automatically added.

 

This confirms the Conversios plugin is successfully activated in your word press backend.

 

Step 2: How to authorize using your email?

 

Click on the Tatvic EE Plugin on your left pane, it will take you to the on boarding page to setup the plugin.

 

 

Sign in with your email id which has access to GA, Google ads and merchant centre. This will take you to the consent page where you will have to click continue to complete the setup.

Step 3: How to integrate your Google Analytics account?

 

In this step we will see how to integrate Google Analytics account. The associated Universal Analytics account and GA4 account for the email used while authorizing, will be listed in the dropdown which will be auto fetched by the Conversios Plugin.
Now you can select the required option (both or individual option) and choose the property id from the drop down.

 

 

You will have an Advance settings option where you can add enable or disable the options based on your requirement.

 

 

Enhanced e-commerce tracking – Major metrics respect to Ecommerce will be tracked automatically with the help of plugin and will be pushed to Google analytics.

 

Add gtag.js snippet – will automatically add a set of predefined to your word press backend for tracking purpose.

 

By clicking next, you have successfully integrated your Google Analytics account with the Conversios plugin.

 

Step 4: How to integrate or create your Google Ads account?

 

In this step, let’s see how to integrate your Google ads account. Here, you have 2 options either you can create a new Google Ads account directly from the plugin or you can use the existing Google ads account by selecting it from the drop down

 

 

Option 1: –
Choose your Google ads account from the existing list by selecting the appropriate account.

 

Option 2: –
By selecting – CREATE NEW, you will get the below pop up where you will have to select send invite through which an invite will be sent to your email id (used while setting up the plugin).

 

 

Now, you have successfully completed setting up your Google ads account.

How to integrate or create your Google Merchant Centre account?

 

In this step, let’s see how to integrate your Google Merchant Centre account it is quite similar setting up the Google ads account in the previous step.
Here, you have 2 options either you can create a new Google merchant centre account directly from the plugin or you can use existing Google Merchant account by selecting it from the drop down,

 

Option 1:
Choose your Google merchant account from the existing list by selecting the appropriate account.

 

 

Option 2:
By selecting – CREATE NEW, it will take you to a new page where you must be filling the below details and select CREATE ACCOUNT

 

⦁ Your Website
⦁ Store name
⦁ Country.

 

 

Once the merchant centre account is created click on finish button to complete the setup.

 

Step 5: How to Sync products:

In this step, we will see how to sync your products from WooCommerce to Google Merchant centre.
Select the Google Shopping tab under Tatvic EE Plugin and click the Edit button “Product Sync” card.

 

 

On the product sync page click on the “Sync New products” button where we can map the WooCommerce product categories to their respective product categories present in the merchant centre

 

 

Map the products to the relevant category and Sub categories in the Merchant Centre and click next.
In next step, we will map the product attributes available in WooCommerce to GMC product attributes.

 

 

The first 5 attributes are mandatory to be mapped and for your convenience the plugin auto fill them.
We have a number of attributes like colour, age, gtin, mpin etc. which you can map as per your requirement. At the bottom we have attributes like shipping, tax, content-language, target country, etc. which we recommend to map as such details are required for Google Shopping campaigns.
Click Product sync, will start syncing the products with GMC as below.
