Yes, you can integrate GA4 and UA simultaneously using the plugin. However, you will need to have a separate GA4 Measurement id and UA property, as the two platforms are completely separate.
If you’re seeing an alert while attempting to claim your domain through the Conversios plugin, it could be because the domain has already been claimed in your Google Merchant Center (GMC) account. In order to claim it through the plugin, you’ll need to first un claim the domain from your GMC account. Once you’ve done that, you should be able to successfully claim it through the Conversios plugin.”
Please allow at least 30 minutes for your products to sync to your merchant centre after you sync them using the conversions plugin.
Using the Conversios plugin, you can set up an automatic scheduler to regularly sync your product data feed with your Google Merchant Center account. This helps ensure that your product data is always up-to-date and that your products are not expired in the Merchant Center due to outdated information.
You can just add your subscription id as shown below : https://www.conversios.io/user-invoice/?subscr_id=I-7MW3BGCXXXXX The subscription id is dynamic and you would receive it over the email when you purchased the subscription along with the license key.
Yes, the plugin supports Google ads conversion tracking, you will have to just integrate your conversion id and conversion label and the plugin takes care of the rest.
Yes, product refund is compatible with the plugin with GA3 and GA4. You can have a look at this doc for more information.
We would request you try setting up the plugin in the initial phase using the Chrome browser and later you can use any browser to view it.

Yes, you can use your own GTM container, this feature is supported only in the premium version of the plugin. You would also be able to import the predefined tags and triggers that will enable you to track all the events seamlessly.
Yes, the Conversios plugin supports Facebook Conversion API and is available only in the premium version.
The current version of the plugin does not support Server side tagging, however, the same would be made with our upcoming releases.
Under the Pixel Settings tab navigate to Advance options to enable enhanced conversion tracking
You should be able to validate using the extension called Dataslayer in your Chrome browser and follow the instructions as attached in the doc.

There could be duplicate tracking via manually implemented GA tracking snippets and/or other GA tracking plugins and/or GTM implementation. You can disable all other implementations and plugins and using only the Conversios plugin should solve the issue.
